Spring is around the corner, but isn't quite here yet. We can start to look forward to the future but before we do, we may need to clear out the old and make some space for new beginnings. Awakening from rest, planting seeds of ideas and intentions as we bring a beginner's mind and cherish our creative ideas.

I deeply honour my inner wisdom and creativity.
I believe there is knowledge of what we need to thrive in life deep within us all.
We do not need to search outside to find it. If we learn to listen to our wisdom and intuition the power is there. You are enough.
I teach from the heart, from a place of grounding, reality and definitely humour!
I accept you and all the messiness we are in life, my work is creative, authentic, practical, humble and accessible.

My work is a collection and evolution of many years of creativity and women’s work. Today I weave together Yoga, Cyclical wisdom, Menstruality and Creativity to empower and support you on your own personal journey. I am drawn to working with women, but my work extends to all that resonate with it.
